City Clerk
The City of Leadville's City Clerk, whether elected or appointed, oversees the Deputy City Clerk, ensures compliance with statutory regulations, and maintains all required records. As of August 2024, Andrew Cummins serves as the appointed City Clerk. 

Deputy City Clerk
The Deputy City Clerk supports public access to information by managing records of meetings, city actions, and finances. This role oversees the processing and monitoring of all licensure within the city and includes coordinating and responding to citizen requests for information and assistance, ensuring transparency and compliance with city policies.
