Our department manages all community development and planning issues to ensure sustainable and strategic growth. Additionally, we uphold the integrity of our community's development through enforcement of the subdivision, zoning, and historic preservation codes.

Please first confirm that your property is within City of Leadville municipal limits using the online Lake County Assessor Map. Many properties within Lake County have a Leadville mailing address, but are located outside of City of Leadville municipal limits and within Lake County unincorporated. If your property is outside of City of Leadville limits and within Lake County unincorporated, please contact the Lake County Community Planning and Development Dept.
