A "Special Event Permit", as named by the State of Colorado, is a permit for a Non-profit or Fraternal Organization to sell and or distribute  alcohol and spirits during events in accordance with City of Leadville Code of Ordinances, Title 5.08.030 &5.08.040.

The City of Leadville issues special event permits. Please reach out to the Deputy City Clerk for more on this process.
